Ms. Hana Abukhadijah is a distinguished epidemiologist with over 14 years of professional experience at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC). She has built a strong career in public health research, healthcare quality, and epidemiological analysis, contributing significantly to evidence-based healthcare improvement.

She holds a Master’s degree in Epidemiology, an Honours degree in Public Health with a focus on Health Management, and a High Diploma in Pharmacy, reflecting her multidisciplinary academic background.

Ms. Abukhadijah is certified in healthcare quality by both the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) and the Joint Commission International (JCI). She is also recognized by HMC as a Certified Root Cause Analysis Expert for Sentinel Events, underscoring her expertise in patient safety and quality improvement.

In addition to her institutional roles, Dr. Abukhadijah actively contributes to Global Burden of Disease (GBD) study updates, supporting large-scale international efforts to understand disease patterns and health risks. Her research expertise includes data analysis, risk factor identification, and outcome prediction across a wide range of public health conditions.
